He has 295 points, 31 less than the leader, Rubén García, with 326, and 26 less than the sub-leader, Salvador de Alba, with 321.

He was eighth in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, tenth in Querétaro, fifth in Puebla, third in Aguascalientes, third in San Luis Potosí, fifth in Querétaro, second in Monterrey and third in Aguascalientes.

Max is the 2018 Trucks Mexico Series Champion, the 2020 NASCAR Challenge Champion and the 2021 ARCA Menards Series East Series Top 4 in the United States (with a win at New Smyrna Speedway, Florida, his first race in the category).

He runs with Escudería Telmex Telcel in our country and his commercial allies are TOUGHBUILT, Adixion Capital, Telcel, Infinitum and AVAYA.

In the United States he participates with Rette Jones Racing and with the sponsors TOUGHBUILT, TekNekk, Telmex, Telcel, BolsaDX.mx, Distributed Ledger Inc., GoGig, Ford Performance, Goodridge Fluid Transfer Systems, Jones Group Demolition and Abatement and JRi Shocks.

His rivals to beat are Rubén García (2019, 2018 and 2015 Champion) Salvador de Alba (leader for most of the current season), Abraham Calderón (2017 and 2014 Champion) and Rubén Rovelo (2020 Champion).

Federico Gutiérrez, quien forma parte del Proyecto de Desarrollo TOUGHBUILT-BOLSA DX, realizó una espectacular carrera  en Súper Óvalo Aguascalientes México, para así conquistar su primer triunfo en Trucks México Series,  al completar  90 vueltas al óvalo de  1,400 metros en 53m06.953s y lograr 181.661km/h en su mejor velocidad.

Con ello reafirma su tercera posición en la tabla general del campeonato, la cual se encuentra muy cerrada, faltando las fechas de San Luis Potosí, Puebla, Puebla y Ciudad de México.

Con Aguascalientes  Fico suma cinco podios en ocho competencias, de 12, como ya se citó,  y está  (según datos extraoficiales) a tan solamente 16 puntos del líder y a 12 del sublíder.

En Tuxtla de accidentó, en Querétaro tuvo problemas con la camioneta,  en Puebla fue segundo, en Aguascalientes tercero, en San Luis Potosí cuarto, en Querétaro segundo, Monterrey  tercero y triunfó en Monterrey.

Sus rivales a vencer son Jorge de la Parra (Campeón 2019) y Gincarlo Vecchi (Campeón 2021).
